Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on hot sauce once it has been opened, but we are happy to resolve any issues with damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Ship It Back
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the items back to our warehouse.
